There may be multiple Qs available for each item...I just try to list the highest value ones...check through your Qs for additional ones if you plan on purchasing more!
One more note: It gets confusing trying to keep track of all the items included in the $3.00 off mix or match sale, so what I do is just keep a notepad on my coupon binder and mark it whenever I put one of the items in my cart. It would be stinky if you missed getting the $3.00 because of a counting error. Keep in mind though, that if you do mess it up, just go to the service desk and they can help you fix it. (Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt!)

I had both Cellfire and Shortcuts coupons loaded for two or three items I purchased at Kroger last week; however, I did not receive both coupons--I received neither! I had never had a problem with electronic coupons before I tried to "double-dip." When I went to the coupon website to the FAQs it said one cause of a coupon not being deducted is that you had another coupon loaded for the same item. I didn't take my issue to the customer service desk, but I will if it happens again. Since there is no way to delete electronic coupons from my card, I'll just have to wait until one of them expires to be able to use at least one electronic coupon on a future purchase of these particular items.
Kathy,
I have been hearing from a few people that their e-coupons are not coming off too. I NEVER have had a problem with this. I know I have had shortcuts AND cellfire work together, but now I'm wondering if it was because I purchased more than one item, so they had something to hang onto if you will...or perhaps they've changed the rules. I'm going to Kroger tonight and I will test it out on the BC Fruit Snacks (on both lists) and will let everyone know what happens. May need to restate the rules here. Thanks for the info! I really don't want to mislead anyone here.
Ok, so I "tested" the e-coupons last night at Kroger. I purchased 2 boxes of the Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks. I had $0.50/2 Qs loaded from Shortcuts and Cellfire. Shortcuts DID come off. If I would've purchased 2 more boxes, Cellfire would've been applied to that purchase. I have changed the details at the beginning of this post to reflect that only ONE e-coupon can be applied to each item. As far as neither of them working because the coupon is on both lists...well that makes no sense to me. Why should WE be punished because THEY put coupons on both lists. If you don't see the Q applied (shows up immediately after item scan), I would definately take the time to contact customer service. It worked fine for me, as you can see...so that must be a big "maybe" on their part. Hopefully this clears up everything...for me too!
Thanks for taking the time to test this out. The next time I head to Kroger I'll take printouts showing what e-coupons I have loaded on my card. Then if I have a problem I'll have something to show to customer service. Thanks again!
